Jo-Anne Atkinson

Jo-Anne has extensive experience in property, real estate and infrastructure law. With over 30 years in the legal profession, she has developed deep expertise across all aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing for commercial, retail and residential assets, as well as major infrastructure projects.

She advises a diverse client base spanning government agencies, institutional clients and private sector organisations. She is recognised for her strong technical knowledge, particularly in complex tenure and development arrangements, and for delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
